Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within 14 days of delivery, please contact our support team with photo or video evidence.

After verification, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
No return of the product is required in these cases.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Extended 30-Day Warranty (if purchased)

If you selected the 30-day extended warranty at checkout, the same policy applies for 30 days instead of 14.

Defective or damaged items will be refunded or replaced after photo/video verification.
No return is required.

Change of Mind / Not Satisfied

If you changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for this reason must be sent to our European return facility.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
