Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Time
Our standard shipping times range between 10–15 business days. However, due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes, delivery may occasionally take up to 30 days.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking
All orders are shipped with a trackable service. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, please be aware that unexpected delays can occur, especially during holidays or due to logistical disruptions.
